We have proteomic data for 1279 genes out of Brucella's 2886 genes.

All proteomic data can be found by clicking on the Data panel at the top of this page. The data is split into three subpanels:

Proteomics Quick View:
An interactive plot with LogFC against -log(PValue). Clicking on the individual points on the graph will create a subplot with that gene's proteomics.

Proteomics Gene-specific Plots:
Using the Search Gene tab on the Proteomics Gene-specific page, allows users to look up specific genes of interest and plot available data for said gene. The options are filtered to the genes we have data for.

Gene Information:
Provides additional information for the gene entered in the Search Gene tab and provides a link to Microbes Online for said gene.
